Task Automation software

I manage an application with a database in the backend. Unfortunately I'm only allowed to use/manage the application via web frontend. There are times I need to create multiple users that requires multiple columns to be filled out on the page. I'm looking for a software which can be used to automate create/modify users. I'm looking for an application where I can specify a list of user names and other information required to create the account. Has anyone used any software that can accomplish this? Any help would be really appreciated.
