Targeting Links to _parent on php?

Hi,
I need to target the link below so that when the user types in the correct password it go to the desired link but opens up in the _parent frameset.

Any ideas..
I have pasted the code that I am working with below...

it's a javascript question - actually, more like a DOM question
use : document.top.location=

http://www.cre8ive.com.au/clubsact/members_frameset_main.htm";

(or even top.location, depending on the browser it might be enough)
