Targeting Flash movies to HTML

I've been trying to do this for the longest time,

How do you target a link in a Flash movie to and HTML Frame?
There must be a way to do this, because I've seen it done on other sites. When I emailed them to ask I recieved no reply.

Put this in for your action and it should work replace the URL with yours and _Frame with the name of your window you want it in
