Targeting a folder in outlook

Is it possible to send an email to a particular folder in Oulook? I know that can be set up in outlook to put certain emails in a folder based on stuff such as who it is from, subject, etc. What I am wondering is: is that possible to do (given the folder exists) from the page that sends the email?
