I have a MICS with 5.0 software. This customer has a PRI. I have assigned target line 200 to the recept. phone and gave it 4 appearences. She has a 7324 with a KLM on it. I am wanting to move all four appearences of that target line to the KLM. I do the Feature * 81 to move the line from one button to the KLM. It says that it moved each appearence but when I do my button inquiry, it only shows that I moved the first appearence. Any help will be appreciated.

in order to have the line buttons appear on a 24 button add on module you have to set that phone as a cap module Program under System Programming->cap module
otherwise the extra buttons are still assigned to the telephone itself and just don't appear.
