target lines ringing in on Recept. phone

Folks,

i have a couple did's that are ringing in at the recept phone when they shouldnt be. i have the lines assigned to the appropriate ext.'s with the lines prime set to the ext. the lines are assigned to. however, when a second call comes in on the phone, they ring in at the recept. phone. any thoughts? i've even tried making the lines private to the ext.'s, still not working right. any patches that you know of, or maybe i'm missing something.

Check that the DID trunks don't have the recept set as prime set. Also check FWD busy for the sets w/ target lines.

Check the prime line of the PRI lines itself.You can remove it.From the target line itself for the extension, there is an option if busy go to prime or busy tone.

they have an E&M T1 with 12 channels enabled. I'll check the prime line on those lines to see if they are set to the recept. ext...the forward on busy on the target lines is set to the ext. the line should be ringing in on. even have them assigned as Private to the DN's.
