i setup line 205 with 4 appearances on 4 sets with swca keys,my problem is they want to be able to only manage 4 calls at once,but i tested and if i park 4 calls on call keys a 5th call can come in,how do i go about to only have 4 calls,this will be answered by aa as well HELP?

Posting in one forum only is good enough and less confusing.
When you park a call you free up a path for another call to come in, that is what it is designed for.
Having 4 appearances on 4 sets means 16 calls can come in....try 1 appearance each phone if they can only handle 1 call each.
Program the Target Line for Busy instead of going to Prime Set, now 5th call will get a busy.
