Target frame

I have a contents page on which all the links are targetted to a main page. When I click the links in preview, the new page opens up in the main window as expected. When I publish the web and test it on the server, the new page opens up full screen and wipes out my header and contents screens.
Can anyone suggest a cure for this problem?

Hi, there is not quite enough info to help....usually targeting issues are naming the frameset problems...
could you post the significant code snippets?

Thanks Bassguy, for the response.
I have managed to solve the problem but I`m not sure if I understand why an error should occur.

My banner page targetted my contents page although it contained no links, changing the target of this to the main page solved the problem.
Just one of those things I guess.
