target flash frame within pop-up window

i have a javascript pop-up window that loads with the home page. when clicked, the browser redirects to another page and the pop-up window disappears.
i need it to also jump to a specific frame within a flash file (the navigation bar that appears on all pages).

if you can help me, i would be very grateful!
