Hi -
I found a useful tidbit of informtion regarding the storage of document library files in thread820-1175248 - However, to go a step further, is it possible to manually reposition the location of the document library database? I am finding myself in a pickle - my server has two partitions, the C: drive, holds to server OS and IIS - and has less than 2 gb left available. The E drive has over 100 gb left available specifically intended for document storage and secondary applications.
I plan to build a large document library on my sharepoint site (WSS 3), but before I get started, I want to make sure I don't run out of room. Is there a way to make sure that the document library uses the E: drive instead of the C: drive for storage?
Thanks,
ROb
