Target Attendant problem with NAM voicemail 4.1

I have set up target attendants within the users mailbox to ring another extension when 0 is press while the mailbox message is being played.

This part works but the glitch is that if the target attendant does not answer, the caller goes in to that mailbox and NOT the the originating mailbox.

I can not find any paramaters to change.
The book/CD states that it will go to the originating mailbox and not the target attendants.

System software: MICS 6.0 with NAM voicemail 4.1

Any ideas? Am I missing something?

If you have an internal modem on the NAM and call into it using Norstar Voice Mail Manager in your NRU software, go to OPTIONS tab and go into SYSTEM PARAMETERS. It will come up and about half way down you'll see Redirect DN set to yes, it should be set to NO.

I was able to fix it by changing the Redirect DN and changing the Call Forward N/A rings higher.
I read the addendum for the voice mail 4.1 and found out that you can change Class of Service paramaters and the Redirect DN though a two line display telephone in Feature 983 and not just the NRU
