Hi all,

I'm using BAT 5.1(4) on CCM 4.1(3). I installed CRA etc, all services running OK. When I try to start TAPS (using the local admin account as recommended by Cisco), I get an error message.

"Could not start the Cisco TAPS service on Local Computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly."

I tried uninstalling, re-installing etc etc. I read through all the docs on CCO relating to this - not much help.

Has anyone met this problem before?

Thanks.

Sorry forgot to mention that I'm running CRA 3.5 on the same server (publisher).

Did you go into services and manually start the service?
After you install TAPS you must manually start the service for the first time.

Yes, I did.

Thats when I get:

"Could not start the Cisco TAPS service on Local Computer. Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly."
