TAPS & CRA working on CCM 3.3.2

Hi guys and girls,

Did any of you specialists ;-) got TAPS working on CCM 3.3.2 yet ?

I've installed CRA 3.0(3a), CCM 3.3(2) and I'm using BAT 4.4(2)

My CTI Route points registerd with the callmanager and so do the CTI ports. The engine is starting normally without any errors. I only have one server with one partition and one CSS in a demo lab.
What happens when i dial the CTI Route point it will just disconnect my call after 2 or 3 seconds.

Any help is very appreciated. !

Make sure you have the TAPS service running on the publisher, and also make sure you install the jtapi from the ccm to the CRA server. Those have usually been my problems

Thanx, Currently I only have one server with CCM, CRA and BAT/TAPS installed.
No mather what I do with when I dial the CTI RP it will just end the call within 2 a 3 seconds.

Both the TAPS and CRA engine start normally on the server also the engine is running normal.

Any other ideas?
