Tapit reports on an NEAX 2000

Hi, Thanks for reading:

We have an NEC NEAX 2000 and we do reports through Tapit. What hapens is, when I change a users name on an extension and I run a report that happened before that date, it appends that extension to one of our employees (Bryan to be specific, he is the first name on the list). It works fine for reports after that date. Has anyone had this problem or know of a resolution?

Seems you have a Tapit issue. Not an NEC issue.
