Tapit No longer works after 4.0 upgrade BCM400

OK, so I updated the BCM400 3.7 to the GA 4.0 version, and now my Tapit and play back no longer works. Our support ended in may with Tapit and they are not helping. We are renewing support, but I am trying to fix it in the meanwhile. I added the ee_admin account back to bcm accounts in hope that the old smdr connection would work again, but no luck. I am not sure if it is just a settings change, or if Tapid requires an updated verson also? I also broke reporting for call center. All the software was updated after the upgrade, and the wall boards are not working now. The database status stops at 85% and never goes beyond.

any help is appreciated.

u need to reload the cc reporting as the 4.0 is newer that what u have. dload new version from upgraded bcm.

Possibly same thing for your 3rd party s/w. Maybe it's not compatible w/ bcm 4.0
 
I got the nortel working, now just Tapit is broke.
