Tapit for Magix

Can you still get TapIT for the Magix? How exactly does it interface? Basically I need something to generate reports of whon answered what calls during any given time period. My client wants to incentivize his staff to field more calls via some rewards program.

I don't know if you can still find it, but the interface was through the SMDR Port with the help of a 355-A (or AF) adapter and a SERIAL PORT on the computer that ran it.

I see, it collects SMDR data. That wold work. TapIT still ha sa website. Do you know how much it costs? I can download a 30 day trial it appears.

I know they can - but then I will be bombarded with spam and my phone will ring off the hook.

Tapit is too expensise, try Comm One , you can buy license for what you need , per 25 if all you have is under 25 stations, or more
