Okay, I set this thing up and all cables are connected correctly. I am receiving garbage on the SMDR Monitor. I am guessing I have a bad RS232 cable or my com settings are off. I need help-Thanks

Sounds like your baud rate is not matching.

Do a FEATURE 9 * 2
to do the SMDR administration.
