WHAT DO YOU USE TO CONNECT THE COMPUTER WITH THE SOFTWARE TO THE SYSTEM SMDR PORT

You need to connect the smdr port with a patch cord to a 355AF adapter. Then you have to get a db25 to db9 cable to com port 1 on a pc. Then set up tappit to run off com port 1. Make sure the db25 to db9 cable is NOT a null modem.
