I am installing Tapit CAS on my BCM400. I cannot find anywhere in the setup of the tapit to tell it how to talk to my BCM. I see a bunch of settings for COM ports and the like, but I do not see where I tell it the BCM IP address.

I don't know the Tapit s/w but do you have the LAN CTE keycode? I know it's required for the RSI s/w.

what is the release of your bcm? you have to set up the bcm to send the cdr to an ftp server. free ftp's are all over the internet. once the ftp is set up on the computer, build user authentication for the bcm and send the files.

lan cte is not needed to install the Tapit.

Thats not my fastball, thats my hurry up and get by you pitch... Satchel Paige

You need to download the cdr collector for BCM from the Tapit website.
