We're using an older version of Tapit Call Accounting (v. 4.1.8.01) on our Avaya system (IPO 8). We upgraded some hardware and the IPO server some time back, and after re-configuring Tapit, the outgoing call phone numbers showing in the reporting are not the same as the actual number being dialed. Inbound numbers are being recorded just fine.
For instance, someone will dial out 8024766659 (a long distance number from here), and what will show in the database is something like 3159141436 (local area code). This number changes with almost every call. The correct numbers are showing in the IP Collector and SMDR Monitor, just not being recorded as such in the database.
I've dug around for information for a while, but haven't come up with anything. Did we just miss a setting? Select the wrong PBX format? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
