Hi Guys,

Quick confirmation required.

I know that to pop goldmine, outlook, act etc you need phone manager pro.

But back in the day you used to be able to dial out from these apps with the standard tapi driver that cam with the system.

Is this still the case?

yes, no PM needed, just TAPI.

Later versions of ACT do not support screen pop. This is an ACT problem, not Avaya or TAPI.
