tapi with vista

Hello,

When I install tapi driver on a vista business pc, I've got always the same problem. In the installation, I've got the message "Failed to retrieve user list". In the box, the ipo is found.
In the end off the installation, I've got the message that he can't start the tapi-executable.

IPO500 with the latest soft and the latest tapi driver.
Anybody knows?

I had the same problem on 4.0.x, i've uninstalled PM removed the directory. And reinstalled the latest 4.1

Are you running the install from the tapi folder rather than from the setup wizard?

try running the avayafw.bat to open windows firewall up.
