TAPI with Outlook

I have installed the TAPI driver for Outlook on XP Machine,
I am able to dial out from the contacts from OUTLOOK , but when incoming call comes to My extn it does not popup,

is there a way to popup outlook when call is ringing,using only TAPI driver without Phone Mnager Pro
