Hi, We use TAPI with IP OFFICE to trigger PC's
We get 2 values from TAPI, caller-id and port#
Example, caller gets to Voicemail Pro
Presses #1 - TAPI string collected by PC is 000-000-0000,300
Presses #2 - TAPI string collected by PC is 000-000-0000,301
(300 and 301) are the transfer ports in the Auto-Attendant)
(PC runs a different program based on transfer port 300 or 301)
Here's my issue:
In a overflow situation I want to change the TAPI string to 000-000-0000,400
overflow in ip office won't change the transfer port.
So I tried to overflow back to the Auto Attendant, report the call, yet it
still retained the original TAPI string.
