Has anyone used the "direct connect" setup before? If so, how the hell do you get a client to use it?
I am trying to use tapi 2.3.1 and integrate its CTI functionality with our CMS Package. The install to the server was smooth, but I can't make a dman call.
The data dump is done and I can see the dn's and tn's on the tapi server, but I can't figure out how to make a phone calls from client.
Come on there has to be someone who is doing this?
