We are using the a 3com 6000 with tapi dca running on all our call center computers. We want to go to terminal servers. DCA and the nbx tapi will not work in a multiuser invornment like that. So we start up the tapi server on win2003. Installed the tsp on server, and added a few lines. Then when we registered the workstations with the server everything seems to go fine. Untill someone picks up and extention. Then everyones dialer window comes up on screen. Have set the users for each extention on the server, but still no luck. Any ideas?
