TAPI Operation Failed?

I am running three different pc's all running win2k and they all are running Procomm 4.8 in the data mode. They are taking calls from the same source and all are getting the same error messages! "TAPI Operation Failed" Has anyone had this trouble I have changed modems the whole bit. These pc recieve these calls 24/7 and when this error comes up the pc's do not take calls until you restart procomm. At this point I am not sure if its procomm or windows???

Try grabbing this update from the Symantec site:

I was having some problems with my laptop running 4.8 (would display the same message if an incoming call hung up before the modem negotiation was completed, if I remember correctly). Applying the updated file resolved that problem.
