TAPI link Failed between IPOCC and IPO SE 1

Hi all,

My customer had and IPO 500V2 and IPOCC was working fine

We did IPO 500V2 migration to IPO Server Edition, after that we linked IPOCC to the IPO SE instead of IPO 500V2

I can see the SIP connection established successfully and the SIP extension registered in the SSA, however the TAPI connection is failed,

I keep the same IPO @IP, I configure the Administrator's password of the new IPO SE in the IPOCC PBX configuration, but still the same issue

I should put the system password or Administrator password of IPO SE within IPOCC PBX Configuration ?

TAPI needs the system password - the same you use to connect Monitor application.

Thanks for the reply, i will try to see which password is working with Monitor (Administrator, system, security...etc) in order to configure it on the IPOCC PBX Configuration
