Tapi interface

We are trying get a tapi interface working with our CRM system, Netsuite, The crm product is requesting the name of the tapi device, not sure what name to use.

I have tested the Avaya Tapi interface to ensure it is working on its own with some third party software that acts as a dialer. It dial the ext fine.

Any suggestions
