TAPI help in VC++ MFC

I have made a program, were person can call to opposite client computer and he will heard number of option
to press from his handset, so if he press 1 button he will heard one wave file and if he press 2 button he will heard
2nd wave. But i have stuck in 2nd option that is when person press 2 button he can't heard 2nd wave this is my
problem. Will you do me favour will you please tell were i am going wrong or what thing i need to do to work out
this properly...
