Tapi driver

Hi all,

I use IPO 500 V2, R8.0, VMpro and CTI pro integration. I can transfer caller pin from VMPro (transfer modul) - Source of transfer (displayed on phone) to tapi driver which is also seen on the agent phone. Can it be configured that the pin not be seen on the agent phone?

In the transfer action, you can select what is displayed on the phone..

How is this setup?

Yes, there are three fields in transfer action:

- Destination
- Source of transfer (displayed on phone)
- Description (displayed on phone)

Both last fields (Source and Description) displayed information on the phone and Source of transfer also sends information to tapi driver what I need.

Can you provide us some more information how all is setup and what you are trying to accomplish?
