i need to know more about cti / tapi specially with bp 250 , some examples or materials as i 've the abiltiy to program with c++ and i want to utilize it

there exists a CTI developers kit for the BusinessPhone.
It contains the complete developer documentation and the program (Business Link and Tapi Bridge).
I think this would be helpfull in you case.
So ask your supplier or Aastra for it...
