Is there a simple way to determine the TAPI compliance of your particular switch / software combination?

Specifically what are you trying to do?

Pepperz@newper.net

We have a vendor that is setting up a program to run from our switch. CRM pop ups for caller id.
They are stressing out saying they need to know whether our switch is 2.0, or 2.1 compliant.

I am pretty sure that we are 2.1 compliant, but I would like to set their minds at ease.

If there was/is a way to document the compliance from the either the ISDN adapter, or the switch, it would calm them down a bit.

Thanks.

I THOUGHT that TAPI compliance in a CTI situation came from the ISDN card. That's what they would see from their side.

You have to use an MLX Port defined as a CTI LINK.

You can only have one, but 1 is all you should need.
