hello I have a client that wants to be able to dial numbers from there outlook contacts..and also get screen pops or any other goodies. Does anyone know of such a program

is the tapi td-tsp driver for PC downloadable right from that site and a programing cable and a little network knowledge when I was using the TD in the office I dialed from outlook and talkingcallerid (this will give you screen
pops to if there is a 193 in the ksu) all the time....If its just one user all you have to do is get some icc db-9 and db-25 to rj-45 and run a cat whatever to his serial plug on his pc and load the td tapi driver on his machine and viola. need more post back if you need more input.S

Okay I think my client is ready to use a outlook cti tapi application with their kxtd 816
. You recomendation was Blitz Or Gander. I googled both of them. They both look they can do the job. Is there one that is easier has more features or anything in particular? As I look on there sites I noticed they were both from companies from the Eastern Europe. I am a little comcerned about support as this is an application I have never installed before.
I need it to work with five computers on a network. What level of computer expertise is needed
as far as a cable. I had panalog for smdr on their port. Can use the same cable? Will I still be able to store the call record with these projects as well as the cti?
