MD110 BC11 ServicePack-13
As I am new to Ericsson products I was hoping that someone in this Forum could help me out. I was wondering if it was possible (has been done) to provide CTI solutions to the telephone sets associated with the MD110. Particularly TAPI (either 1st party or 3rd party) call control.
My research has found that the Ericsson BusinessPhone platform provides this however, the website information for the MD110 is not so clear.
Is anyone out there currently doing this? If so, could you briefly describe what is needed? (ie.-Licensing, Special CTI Module, Gateway Server....)
