TAPI and Telephony services question.

Hello,
I have a Symposium TAPI server Running in a machine (TAPISERVER). This machine have two network card. This machine is not included in any Domain. The first network card is for a Domain ONE. The second netword card have three computers without domain.
If i run TAPI Browser in the server i can see the Meridian Lines, but if a run TAPI Browser in a client of LDA or in a client in the second network (without domain) I can't see the server lines. I installed the client tcmsetup (tcmsetup /c TAPISERVER) in machines of ONE network and I installed the client in machines of the second network (without domain).
When i installed and setup the server and the client i restar them.
Why can see the Symposium Tapi Server lines?

Why are you using two NIC card for TAPI? is it a standalone configuration or you are using it with Symposium Call Center Sever or Symposium Agent?
