Tapeeng.exe failed to start !!

I have Arcserve 6.5 build 622 on NT server 4.0 sp6a. tapeeng.exe failed to start in automatic when i reboot the server and i must start it manually .
The error is the following :
Tapeeng.exe - Unable to locate DLL
the dinamic link library SETUPRD.dll could not be found in the specific path c:\arcserve;c\winnt\system32;c:\winnt\system;c:\cool\gen;%inoculan% .......and other system variables.

On my server i haven't found any setuprd.ddl . Why ?

Try checking your arcserve cd for the dll, if it isn't there then you may have to re-install. Make sure you save the job scripts and database though if you want.
