tape_bsf bsf failed: unknown error 23 in 6.1.1

Hallo
What happens while Backup?
While Backup I get the following message:
"NetWorker media: (warning) \\.\Tape0 moving: tape_bsf bsf failed: unknown error 23 (0x17) (268435479)"
In the message box under DEVICES I hjave the following Status:

\\.\Tape0 name Writing, moving forward 5940 records

It seeems that 2 sessions are hanging.
What is the reason and what is to do troubleshooting

Error 23 is an NT error meaning it hit a cyclic redundancy check error on reading hte data (the data did not match the checksum). It then appears to have skipped forward, to what will be the next data area on the tape.
If you run a scanner on the tape, it should tell you if there is a problem in that savestream.
