tape/virtual library configuration get lost after tape engine starts

Hy Friends,

I´ve a problem with BAB 11.5 SP3 (build 4409) see below:

I´m running the Configuration Wizard to associate 2 devices at my library but after configuration wizard ends and tape engine starts all the configuration get lost all information in registry in tape engine key are lost too.
I can´t configure my tape and virtual library.
I find this fix T16C750 at the CA Support Site but i can´t download it too..
The new BAB 11.5 SP4 solve my problem ????

I would suggest patching to SP4

just to be clear, you are dividing one physical tape library into two virtual tape libraries. The VTL option will not combine two physical devices into one virtual one.

SP4 should be the next step taken.
