tape remaining capacity

arcserve 2k - dell 136t - windows 2k

since we switched from the Dell 130T to 136T and started using LTO tapes, i cant get "remaining capacity" from the activity log anymore. Any suggestions?

This information coming through in ARCserve's logfiles is hardware specific. If the hardware has no support for this, you will not see it in the log
