On of our DLTIV tapes lost name. Tape library robot can read barcode ok, but networker (6.1.1 Sparc Solaris) doesn't show name of tape (must be the same with barcode) although has another information: barcode, written, used, location, pool. I ran scanner but problem still here. What is the reason and how i can solve the problem?
