tape.log constantly growing

I've noticed one other thread about this, but the solution proposed did not work.

The problem I'm having is that tape.log keep growing. This came to a head yesterday when I noticed the log file was just over 4GB.

There is one error message that gets repeated over and over:
[2936] Error: Job is not connected to a group in EnumTapeName!

Would anyone know how to
1.) Correct this error
2.) Stop this error from being logged?
 
It sounds like you have detailed tape logging enabled - go into server admin - click on the config cog and select tape engine - change logging level to basic or whatever the lowest setting up from none or off is. stop the services - delete the tape.log start up the services again and see how it goes.
