Tape Expiry Date Arcserve6.6 1

I'm using Arcserve 6.6 with Netware5.0.
Probably a very basic question. How is the tape expiry date set and can it be changed? I have tapes which are used on weekly or monthly backups and I don't want them timing out too soon. For daily tapes, okay they can go after a year or so.

When you format the tapes (and you have to format them not quick erase them), you can change the Year that the tapes expire in the format screen. -----------------------------------------------------

Normally put blank tapes in and let Arcserve automatically format before running the jobs. Will do manually to set date. Tks yr help.
