Tape errors...

Our tape backup on our Sco Openserver 5.0.5 fails from time to time. This is the error that ends up in syslog.

NOTICE: cha: SCSI command timed out ha=1 id=2 lun=0 cmd=0A blk=0 len=2048
A SCSI peripheral failed to report completion status in
time (chaN05)

Anyone know what´s wrong?
