I am running Arcserve 6.61 EE using NT 4 on ADIC VLS DLT 400 w/ seven slots.
we are doing this on 300+ locations.
Very frequently it will fail saying the media is not in scratch set. Upon checking the scratch set it is there. If I quick erase the media, it will work but sometimes out of the blue it will fail again.
I'm stumped Please help.
