Tape engine fails after incomplete installation of SP3 + solution

Hi,

We've been installing SP3 for Arcserve 2000 this evening, and after the installation the Tape Enginge failed to start. The following error was displayed:

The ordinal 4805 could not be located in the dynamic link library TAPEENG.DLL

The solution is as follows:
Start the installation of the SP again. When the needed files are extracted (at the point the actual install. starts), open C:\TEMP\pftAD~tmp\ARCserve\Data.Cab and extract the F4151_tapeeng.dll file from it. Rename the file to tapeeng.dll and replace the original tapeeng.dll (in the root of the Acrserve dir.) with it.
