Tape Engine Cannot be Started

Hi All !
I am running into a problem when after installating ARCServer 2000, the Tape Engine cannot be started. We are using a external LTO tape drive which when through an Controller.

Can anyone help me ?

Any messages, errors in the Windows event logs or ARCserve logs. Did the installation itself ran succefully ??
