My company runs two web servers. We're looking for a backup solution. Can anyone suggest how we should go about it - are tape backups a good choice, expensive? We have Acronis TrueImage Server 9.

This depends on how much you are backing up (at minimum it should be the system state and metabase -- if you are using IIS). Do your webservers run databases also and if so how big are they? Do you have a lot of content to backup?
Although tape is still the most popular method, it can also be expensive. You can go with simple disk to disk backup which if you want quick restores and are not concerned with long term retention.

Hope this helps
