Tape Driver Problem

All,

I had trouble installing a new IBM LTO2 Half Height tape drive (Part #25R0005) into an IBM xSeries 240 (Type 8664). The tape drive is actually manufactured by Tandberg. The server is running Windows 2000 Server. The drive we got from both IBM and the Tandberg website did not work. You point it to the directory and it says no valid driver for this hardware. Has anyone had trouble with this new tape drive? Thanks.
