Tape Drive won't run backup

I get the follow errors below when trying to use our new lto3 storage loader. It has a hp drive inside of it.

We are running server 2003.

I attached a screenshot of the error

I resolved this issue, 5 seconds after I posted, after researching for days. I had to uninstall Veritas backupexec
